In accordance with public health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation requirements:

🔴 ALL FOOD SALES ARE FINAL

Once any food product leaves the premises of Kalamata, it:

  • Cannot be returned

  • Cannot be exchanged

  • Cannot be refunded

  • Applies to opened and unopened items

  • Applies to in-store, pickup, and delivery purchases

Returned food products cannot be accepted under any circumstances because storage conditions, handling, and safety cannot be verified once outside our control.

🔴 ALLERGEN DISCLOSURE

For allergens, please see ingredients listed in BOLD on product packaging.

Products are prepared, handled, stored, or packaged in facilities that also process peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, dairy, wheat, soy, and other common allergens. Cross-contact may occur.

Kalamata does not guarantee any product to be allergen-free.

Some products may contain sulfites or traces of sulfites used as preservatives.

🔴 CROSS-CONTAMINATION DISCLAIMER

Despite strict sanitation procedures, cross-contamination cannot be completely eliminated in shared facilities.

Products containing nuts may occasionally contain small shell fragments. Please inspect products carefully before consumption.

Ingredients, allergens, packaging, and nutritional information may change without prior notice. Customers should always rely on the physical product label for the most accurate information.

🔴 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for determining whether products are suitable for their dietary needs, allergies, and health conditions.

🔴 POST-PURCHASE HANDLING

Once products leave Kalamata’s control, the customer assumes full responsibility for storage, transportation, refrigeration (if required), and handling.

🔴 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalamata shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or adverse reactions resulting from:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Cross-contamination

  • Undeclared sensitivities

  • Improper storage after purchase

  • Failure to read labels or warnings

  • Consumption contrary to provided instructions

Purchase and consumption of any Kalamata product constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, Conditions, and Store Policies.
